How Things Grow is a series presented as a rich website, indivudal articles suitable for stand alone publication and ultimately compiled into full color 8.5 x 11" books which will broaden its subject matter from food to books on organisms living in the sea, on land, and in the air.  Each topic starts with building a branded, ad-free website to provide free educational materials to the public.  The broad topics covered on the website are then focused and edited into polished individual topic related articles.  At this stage, there is stricter quality control on image and authoring copyrights and/or attributions and the articles become availble to publishers for licensing or customization for specific uses.  Finally, the best of the best topics are further concentrated for rich quality and consistancy of chapter by chaper formats to construct the final book for publication.  Subsequent book versions may add additional topics to topic.
